During our sessions, we discuss life circumstances, triggers, memories, thought patterns, and other things that are affecting your mental health. We will also look at your lifestyle, habits, sleep patterns, diet, and movement to examine the possibility that a physical remedy like exercise could help treat a psychological issue like anxiety.
